What if I do not see the title or ISBN I am looking for?

TEP can supply any title in print from all publishers. If you can’t find the title listed on our website please email, customerservice@tepbooks.com, us and we will promptly research title availability and respond to your inquiry.

Not sure if book is returnable? 

Email us to inquire at customerservice@tepbooks.com. Books must be in unmarked brand new condition to do return.

Can I return my overstock books?

TEP allows returns of print books from all major American publishers within one year of order date.

What if I received a damaged book?

Please let us know if you receive a damaged book and we will send you a replacement.

How long does it take to receive my order?

In stock titles are typically received within 2-5 days depending on geographic location. Special order titles may take two to three weeks for receipt.
